I recently started to do brisk walking and have lost 40 pounds. I am also following a healthy eating program. My feet are on fire from the balls of them to the tips of my toes after about 30 minutes of walking. I have no sign of athletes foot or blisters. does anyone know if this can be a form of detox? I used to be a runner and never had this type of experience. I have even bought these awesome MBT shoes and am using socks made for running. Also my toes start to tingle and almost feel numb. I have varicous veins so I take supplements for circulation. I would love to hear any ideas.

my feet just look really, really dry. I put lotion on them but it doesn’t seem to help or last very long. some of the skin on the side of my feet are peeling, but mostly the bottom of my feet like around my heel and arch of my foot are white…like very dry skin. They itch in occasion, but not often. I hardly ever wear socks or tennis shoes…I’m more of a flip flop person. so does it sound like it could be?

Ew, it’s so gross! I’ve never had this before. What are some ways to get rid of it without having to buy any type of lotions/spray/medication? Just like soap and water?

It’s not very serious right now but I need to do something before it gets serious. Ew, ew, and ew.

Also, if I don’t wear socks and start walking around, and then it’s cured, will I get it again if I walk in the same spots? I think I got it from wearing my friends shoes.

And is it normal for it to cause like a really nasty smell?

The thoughtless answers for points are annoying, don’t answer this if you’re not going to help. Pleaseeeeee.
