Ok so my brother has athletes foot and he used a towel to wipe his feet with. Then a few minutes later I take a shower and use that same towel to wipe my face. Now I have all these itchy little dots on my face that flake and itch like crazy. It is not acne! How do I get rid of “athlete’s face”?

I have tried everything but it goes away for a day or so and comes right back. Lotramin and Tinactin is what I have used including some powders and cremes.

Does anyone know of a good way t get rid of it. (Cant really got to the doctors becuase i dont have insurance ,,,it would be LAST resort.)
