athletes foot
Dixxie asked:

I cant seem to get rid of mine. I wear flip flops all the time so I’m sure that doesn’t help. Has anyone out there had a long drawn out fight with this? I heard soaking my foot in vinegar or apple cider would help. Has anyone tried that?

Athletes foot is caused by a fungus. Most fungi thrive in dark moist places. Keep feet clean and dry, especially at night. A foot powder helps.

But for fastest results, use a cream containing one of the antifungal “azoles” like clotrimazole or ketoconazole.

Take garlic capsules (2, 3x a day) and wrap your foot in gauze dampened with tea tree oil.

Canesten is supposed to help. You apply the cream once a day for a week or so. You can find further information in a web search for canesten + tinea.

You need to do a Candida Cleanse. You can get this at a health food store. It will contain antifungals such as Pau d’arco, Garlic, Olive Leaf, Oregano, Caprylic Acid, etc. You also need to stop eating food that the fungus feeds on, including: ALL sugar, dairy products other than yogurt or kefir, fruit other than Granny Smith apples, and preferably wheat. Four to six weeks of intense treatment for candida will do wonders for your athlete’s foot.
