Ok so my brother has athletes foot and he used a towel to wipe his feet with. Then a few minutes later I take a shower and use that same towel to wipe my face. Now I have all these itchy little dots on my face that flake and itch like crazy. It is not acne! How do I get rid of “athlete’s face”?

Go get a tube of Lotrimin and see if it’s ok to put on your face. Don’t get it in your eyes or mouth, though.
